Glue-topia!

Awesome fun in room 16 lately😀 We have been busy preparing for the Purii Arts Extravaganza! All students in year 3 & 4 are currently involved in preparations for our theatre production entitled 'Abandoned!' Students have opted in to different groups based on their strengths and interests, some front of stage and others behind the scenes.  The play is being put on with as much student writing, direction, design, input and influence as possible.
In addition to the play, all classes will be displaying a variety of artworks in the school hall. Our theme for the year is 'making the world a better place' and room 16 have been messy making 'upcycled' paper mache sculptutres out of rubbish and recyclables. The smell of hot glue, the feel of a paste and newspaper between our fingers the, the sight of paint changing our creations before our eyes...
Please come and see our artistic creations at our arts extravaganza our check our blog for future updates 🎨🎭
