A very clucky day in room 16

Wow! We were lucky enough to have some very cute visitors come to our class today.

Eliza and her mum brought in their new pet baby chickens. The chicks were three weeks old and their 'down' was turning to feathers. We learned about how to raise chicks and how important caring for animals is. The amazing writers of room 16 then wrote amazingly about their experience.
Huge thank you to Eliza and her family for making the effort to give us this experience!
