Well done!

A big 'well done' to Brody and Ida for their hard work! The each received a certificate and a book prize at our assembly. Keep up the great effort everyone and remember, NEVER GIVE UP!

Shadow Science

During some recent sunny weather we explored how our shadows change throughout the day. We drew around our shadow at 9.30 in the morning, and again at 12.30 to see how they had changed. We noticed that the position of the sun in the sky was changing and wondered how that would effect our shadows. We noticed that not only the position of our shadow changed, but also the size of our shadow had changed too. We explored this further in class using a torch. We will be exploring and discovering more about science this term.
